It's two decades since a 20 year old, up and coming Leicester Tigers player suffer a life-changing injury, leaving him paralysed from the neck down.

Since then Matt Hampson started his own foundation at the 'Get Busy Living Centre' near Melton Mowbray.

Matt's story is one that is told to many people who are in a similar position.

In fact, a couple of years ago former Leicester Tigers and England player Dan Hipkiss authored a children's book about him, 'Brave Huxley'.

Dan told Emma Cauldwell why Matt's story inspired him.
