"When people talk about benefit scroungers they're talking about me"
A blind man from Derbyshire has had trouble claiming the benefits he's entitled to.
Julian Neale had his driving license revoked in 2015 due to his eyesight deteriorating, this meant he couldn't continue his work as a mechanic.
It wasn't until six years later till he was able to claim his Personal Independent Payment (PIP).
He spoke to ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Derby's Ian Skye about the changes that are set to be announced to the benefit system.
