Kirkby: take responsibility for your children
A senior Merseyside Police officer is warning parents in Kirkby that they could be referred to social services if they don't keep tabs on children who get involved with gangs.
It comes after two boys - aged just 13 and 15 - were injured after a gang fight in the Tower Hill at 2:45 in the morning.
Superintendent Karl Baldwin, Force Commander for Knowsley, told our reporter, Marc Gaier, that the age of those involved last week came as a shock.
