Good morning. The Woodland Trust has used drones to scatter 75,000 seeds over 11 hectares of land around Bodmin.
The charity wants to increase the amount of temperate rain forest in Cornwall and Devon by encouraging the growth of native trees such as oak, alder, hazel and wild cherry.
According to the trust, drones can scatter seed more quickly and cheaply than volunteers can. Moreover, the drones can reach land which is steep, unstable or inaccessible.
After three years, the trust will return to check whether the experiment was successful.
The trust hopes that a quarter of Cornwall and Devon will be covered with temperate rainforest by the year 2050.

Councillor Dulcie Tudor has said that she is worried about changes to the planning system which have been proposed by the government.
The Planning and Infrastructure Bill proposes giving more power to council planning officers to grant planning applications if they adhere to the Cornwall local plan.
Ms Tudor thinks that this would be dangerous because there would no longer be any need to consult local people or their elected councillors.
As part of the national plan, the government wants more than 4,400 houses built every year in Cornwall.
The government said that it would still take the views of local people into account, but it was necessary to speed up the planning system to achieve the national target of building 1.5 million new homes before the end of this parliament.

Flambards amusement park was closed last November due to 鈥渞ising costs and a steady decline in visitor numbers鈥.
One of the most important exhibits was the Victorian village and its owner, Livingstone Leisure had planned to auction off everything in it piece by piece, together with everything else in the park.
But at the last minute, Lay鈥檚 Auctioneers announced that the entire village would be bought by the Kynren tourist park in Bishop Auckland.
The CEO of Kynren, Anna Warnecke, said that her company would transform the village into 鈥渁 theatrical journey where visitors will feel as if they have stepped back into the heart of Victorian England鈥.
And that鈥檚 all from me for this week. Until next time!
