New Forest catering business adapted to survive pandemic
Five years ago, the Prime Minister Boris Johnson told us that we would be staying at home indefinitely.
Lockdown had a huge impact on small businesses, and many had to evolve their service to survive the pandemic.
Adie Callaghan ran a catering business, working with charities all across Europe. The New Forest Hamper Company started as a winter stop-gap, but the lockdowns presented an opportunity to expand.
