Edwin Starr, The Moody Blues, Lenny Henry and even the Radio 1 Roadshow with Steve Wright were visitors just off the A49, playing to thousands of revellers a night, attracting audiences all over.
Andrew Marston tells the story of the venue from the 1950s to today, alongside the voices of people who were there. Some of the memories have been voiced by ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ journalists.
Drink driving laws eventually put a dampener on attendance levels, until Park Hall found a new lease of life in the 1980s, when its upstairs became a nightclub. The building was eventually abandoned and was gutted by a fire in 2004.
