'Sensitive' army papers found scattered in street
Mike Gibbard, from Gateshead, found the papers, thought to belong to the barracks in Catterick Garrison and contain confidential military information, scattered along street on his way to watch the Carabao Cup Final in a fanzone on Tyneside.
