‘Excitement is crazy’: YMCA flats in Milton Keynes
The organisation bought the flats for young people with a £3.5m grant from ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½s England. Rent levels for the properties have been set at 80% of market value and residents can stay in the homes until they reach the age of 35.
