Norfolk ‘megafarm’ plans rejected
A planning application for a so-called megafarm in Methwold has been refused.
The food producer, Cranswick, had wanted to rear more than 700,000 chickens and tens of thousands of pigs per year.
However, the plans were turned down by King's Lynn and West Norfolk Borough Council.
Debbie Tubby reports.
