Should we be worried about the Wye's low levels?

After a record-breaking hot and dry March, campaigners say the weather is creating an detrimental impact upon the natural environment, including our rivers.

River environmentalist Angela Jones says we should be worried about the low levels of the River Wye for this time of year.

Low levels, she says, mean traditional forms of wildlife have less cover from predators, and that lower flow rates mean fewer pollutants are washed downstream.
