'One of the darkest days in British car making'
20 years ago 5000 people found out their were losing their jobs, after Longbridge Car Manufacturing company MG Rover went into administration.
It had a devastating impact on local economy, impacting around 18 thousand people in the area, and one young mum was at the forefront of a campaign to save people's jobs.
Rachael Lewis tells the story of what happened, and has been to meet Gemma outside the factory on Lowhill Lane.
