The Caversham gym inspiring women to keep active
Natalie Higley and Nicky Stevens met lifting kettlebells in 2018 - after realising how inaccessible weightlifting was for women, they decided to do something about it.
Their business, Strong Womens Club in Caversham, has grown in popularity - and recently picked up an award for their work.
