Kidderminster man: How I lost 17 stone in a year
Steven Duffield says, at his worst, he weighed nearly 30 stone, losing both his parents, suffering from depression, and at one point, being sectioned.
But one day he realised things had to change, after he took his nephews to a football game and got wedged in the turnstiles.
Steven opens up about his weight loss journey, and how, once he got in the mindset, he is in a much better place than he could have ever imagined.
He's soon to be fundraising for Acorns Children's Hospice, by trekking 1,880 miles, the equivalent of walking from his Worcestershire home to the Sahara Desert.
