The Chief Executive of LOROS Hospice, has written an open letter outlining that there needs to be some difficult decisions made, to secure the long-term future of the hospice.

One man who continues to fundraise for the charity is Ryan Archer, who raises thousands through his annual Tractor run.

He told Ady Dayman what the charity means to him, while LOROS CEO Rob Parkinson told Ben Jackson about the scale of the challenge they face.
