"I thought I was going to die"
Claire Lewis, from Washington, was left with life threatening injuries after an attack at HMP Frankland in 2010 and has been unable to work ever since.
She believes the recent attack on officers at the same prison could have been avoided if lessons had been learnt.
The Justice Secretary says she wants tasers in prisons to be trialled and says an independent review will be carried out.
