How damaging is cyber attack chaos for M&S?
It's now been more than a week of chaos for Marks and Spencer (M&S), one of the UK's biggest brands, following what - it is now obvious - is a significant cyber attack.
It has cost it millions of pounds in lost sales and a lower share price.
Hundreds of agency workers at Marks & Spencer's Castle Donington distribution centre were told not to come into work as the retailer continues to deal with the fallout. Analysts warn the incident may affect the retailer's reputation. The ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ has asked M&S for comment.
