The gift which embodied the 鈥榤agic鈥� of Roald Dahl
Australian children gave the Bucks author an opal after he spoke to their class. Mark Taylor, the teacher who facilitated the call in 1989, made an 鈥渙verwhelming鈥� visit to the Roald Dahl Museum in Great Missenden to see the gemstone in his writing hut. Lily-May Symonds went to meet him.
