There are reports that senior Labour figures are considering a change in the winter fuel policy. The Government axed it as a universal payment last year saying it was too expensive. It鈥檚 now given only to those who receive other benefits, but many charities say the poorest pensioners are struggling as a result. And the move has been linked with poor local election results for Labour last week. Nicky Campbell asked 5 Live listeners if it鈥檚 time Labour had a rethink on the winter fuel cut?
