Windrush event facing closure after funding blow
The Windrush Tea party in Leicester is under threat because of a funding crisis. Organisers failed to secure 拢25,000.00 to fund the programme of dance, music and stalls. High Tea organiser Tara Munro talks to Kevin Ncube about the event.
