Should Romford be part of Essex again?
Towns such as Barking, Dagenham and Upminster were once part of Essex, but in April 1965 the boundaries were redrawn which created 32 new London boroughs.
As a result, a large part of Essex became east London.
Sixty years later local government is being reorganised once more, But how do those living in places such as Chingford, Hornchurch and Romford feel part of Essex or London?
