Harder to gig in Liverpool than other cities
If Liverpool City Council thought the outcry over their decision last week to scrap free parking after 6pm would have died down by now, they’ll need to think again.
The latest critics of the decision are the Lib Dem opposition on the City Council, who say parking should stay free after 6pm.
The Lib Dems have also come up with what they’re calling a "Plan for Scran", which calls on the council to promote the bars, restaurants and theatres in the city centre.
