Good morning. The political appearance of Cornwall Council is very different following the local elections.
There are 87 seats on the council and before the elections, the Conservative Party had enough of them to control the council for much of the last four years, but that is no longer the case. They only have seven conservative councillors left.
Now the biggest party in the council is Reform UK which won 28 seats, two more seats than were won by the Liberal Democrat party. There will also be sixteen independent councillors, and the eleven other seats will be shared between the Labour party, the Green party and Mebyon Kernow.
As a result, some parties will have to form a coalition to carry out council business.

Corwall Air Ambulance Trust has reported that it has raised enough funds to buy a second helicopter worth 拢2.85 million.
The helicopter was built in Italy by the AgustaWestland company, and it is now in Gloucester where all the necessary medical equipment will be added.
With two helicopters, the trust will be able to operate for nineteen hours every day of the year.
The trust鈥檚 chief executive, Tim Bunting, said that it would not have been possible to buy the new helicopter without 鈥渢he incredible community spirit鈥 of Cornwall.
"I want to say a wholehearted and massive thank you for helping us to save even more lives for years to come," he said.
It is hoped that the new helicopter will be ready to fly this summer.

A female lynx born and raised in Newquay Zoo could be the first wild cat from the UK to be released into the wild.
The lynx will be on loan to the European Endangered Species Programme which intends to release her in the Black Forest in Germany.
At first, she will be released into an enclosed area of the forest, and monitored by conservationists so that they can decide if she is able to survive in the wild on her own.
There are already lots of wild lynx in Europe, but it seems that their genetic diversity needs improvement through the use of animals bred in zoos.
Lynx are no longer found in this country, but there are proposals that they might be reintroduced to the UK to control the large population of wild deer.
And that鈥檚 all from me for this week. Until next time!
