Why Thames Water can't rule out a summer hosepipe ban
Thames Water says it can't rule out a hosepipe ban this summer - after the driest spring in England for over 60 years. It has admitted it's leakage rate was nearly 600 million litres a day, but Chief Executive Chris Weston has been looking to reassure the 16-million Thames Water customers.
