At the age of 26, Dan Powell has already been a councillor for six years! The new Mayor of Hereford tells Elliott Webb how he wants to bring in fresh perspectives to the role and support the causes of young people.

Dan fell out of school, and says he wants to use his role as a councillor to help others around the area where he lives, even if he doesn't have presidential powers such as executive orders.
