Gloucestershire mum: adoption cash cuts "Short Sighted"
The government has decided that funding for therapy will be cut from five thousand to three thousand pounds per year.
Meanwhile another pot of cash that goes towards for specialist assessments has been axed completely.
Lucy Williams says the cuts will turn out to be "a cost to the country" in the long term.
ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Radio Gloucestershire's Georgia Stone has been to meet her.
In a statement the Department for Education say the decisions they have taken "will ensure the fund is financially sustainable to allow more vulnerable children to access targeted support".
