Humaira Bham visits an area in South-West inner Bradford, Great Horton, to visit a farm which has been transformed from a delict wasteland into a community space.

Humaira chats to local volunteers who have been inspired to get involved, including a man who鈥檚 registered blind who wants to make a different in his local community. She joins the small team of nine to quite literally dig in at Horton Community Farm.
