Youth employment 'should never be a postcode lottery'
Rylie Sweeney spoke to Amy Oakden about breaking barriers for young people looking for work. The Youth Opportunity Index which looks at education, apprenticeships and the quality of jobs available to 16 to 24-year-olds has rated Middlesbrough as one of the toughest places for young people to find work and training the country.
