How online videos inspired Tilehurst man to arm-wrestle
Owen Carden, from Tilehurst, was inspired to take on arm-wrestling after seeing a number of videos of the sport online.
He joined a local team - Grizzy Grip - who collectively won 10 medals at the recent British Sit Down Arm-Wrestling Championships. Owen himself took home two of those awards.
