Councillor Mal Mutton, the first person to be both Lord Mayor and Lord Mayoress, discusses what she'll miss about her role and what advice she gave her successor.

Councillor Rachel Lancaster, the new Lord Mayor, has been in the council for 17 years. She talks about beginning her 12 month term and about her chosen charity, the Heart of England Community Foundation. This aims to support one of her priorities of raising as much money as possible for local community support.
