PETA calls for an end to Sark sheep racing
Sark's annual sheep race is under the spotlight as a letter from PETA calls for its end.
Jennifer White, associate director of media and communications at Peta UK, said the sheep racing was "archaic, outdated and cruel to sheep".
The call for an end to the tradition has been met with controversy as the event raises money to subsidise medical care in the island.
