The Willis Building: A lifelong passion
The Lord Norman Foster designed building is 50 years old.
The all-glass exterior Willis Building in Ipswich was opened on 2 June 1975, featuring a rooftop garden and an indoor swimming pool. Matt Marvel admires the revolutionary building and strives to make a dream come true for Naomi Drown, who might just be the biggest fan of the Lord Foster-designed structure.
