
Have the boomers got it too good?
The Chancellor's Spending Review saw the NHS become the biggest current expenditure of this Labour government.
And that's partly because of the UK is an ageing population.
The government has also reinstated the winter fuel payment for most pensioners in England and Wales at a cost of £1bn.
Is it fair on the younger generations who are, through their taxes, paying to support a generation who benefitted from much cheaper housing costs and who haven't been saddled with university debts?
