The Saltburn group keeping sea shanties alive
Young people in a coastal town are connecting with their heritage thanks to a modern sea shanty group.
The Saltburn Smugglers formed in 2022 and perform a mixture of ancient maritime songs and their own compositions.
As well as selling out venues on a regular basis, demand from families has pushed them to form children's choirs.
Adam Clarkson has been to meet them.
