When a letter from a foreign ruler disappears from the European Secretary鈥檚 dispatch box, the Prime Minister himself turns to Holmes in desperation. The contents of the letter are so explosive that it could plunge Europe into an all-out war should it be made public. But something about this diplomatic crisis is not what it seems.
