The football club for refugees
As the football season has drawn to a close, so has the third season of a special club in Bournemouth.
United Players FC is entirely made up of refugees; young men who have left their countries, fleeing war, famine and persecution.
Many of them were children when they made the dangerous and lonely journey to the UK.
Now living in Portsmouth, Southampton and East Dorset, they make the weekly pilgrimage to Bournemouth to share their love of kicking a ball.
