Amy Pohl from Hartlepool received her letter inviting her for a smear test and arranged it with her GP.

She told them at the time of booking that being in a wheelchair she needed an adjustable bed.

However when she turned up they didn't have the correct equipment and the test was cancelled.

She spoke to Amy Oakden.
