Amol Rajan visits young offenders centre Oasis Restore
How should a civilised society contend with teenage killers?
Oasis Restore is a centre in Kent where children who have committed the worst crimes - including murder - are offered a programme of education and rehabilitation.
Today's Amol Rajan, alongside producer Hannah Wilkinson, visits the centre and talks to its founder Steve Chalke MBE, who over 40 years ago set up Oasis as a chain of academies and schools.
Amol also talks to Alex Chalk KC, who approved the centre when he was justice secretary.
