Keith Rowland believes in 'tight-knit' squad for Isthmian Premier
Brentwood Town manager Keith Rowland says keeping hold of his 'tight-knit' squad is vital in preparing for a first Isthmian Premier campaign in 10 years.
Brentwood took the Isthmian North title by four points last season to secure automatic promotion.
In preparation, Rowland has kept a lot of his squad on alongside bringing in new players, saying: "We shouldn't overthink it - you need a tight-knit changing room, that gives you a chance."
