'My youth worker turned my life around'
A Teesside teenager says a youth project has helped completely change his life after he found himself in police custody.
The 16-year-old from Middlesbrough - who we're calling Adam - says he fell in with the wrong group, barely attended school and started taking drugs
Then the Shift team - who support young people alongside Middlesbrough council - stepped in.
Adam - whose words have been voiced by an actor - spoke to our reporter Louise Hobson
