Teens in psychology trial happier without phones
Some year 9 pupils at Ladies College took it upon themselves to get involved in a trial that was being run by some psychology students.
During the trial, the 12 students reported feeling more present, less distracted, and more engaged in face-to-face conversations.
Katja Smith lead the research on the voluntary social media ban.
