Mark Higgs, from Worcester, was a control room manager in 2005, on the date 52 people died and 800 were injured in one of Britain's worst terror attacks.
He tells Tom Edwards how he wanted to run away, but couldn't, saying that the memories of the 'horrendous' attack will always stay with him.
