Can ketamine treatment help cure PTSD in Ukraine?
The war in Ukraine has left the nation grappling with widespread trauma and deteriorating mental health.
One clinic Kyiv is offering ketamine induced psychotherapy as a fast-track cure for post-traumatic stress disorder.
Ketamine assisted therapy has been used widely as a treatment for depression, anxiety and treatment resitant mental health conditions, but using the treatment for PTSD is relatively new.
Weekend's Krupa Padhy has been speaking to Kateryna Rotar a Ukrainian army veteran who received the pioneering treatment earlier this year, and the doctor who treated her, Dr Vladislav Matrenitsky.
