56 year old homeless Roy Barclay was wanted on recall to prison when he murdered Anita Rose who was walking her dog last summer.

Suffolk police have been asked by the ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ how Roy Barclay had remained at large for more than two years before he murdered Anita Rose. They have not responded to the request but after Barclays conviction the police announced a voluntary partnership review – involving the police and probation service. It will look at how organisations shared information around Barclay when he was wanted on recall to prison.
