When temperatures soar, how do you keep your home and yourself cool?

Researchers at Loughborough University have been trying different ways to cool your house down and discovered that a variety of shading of windows during the day is key, alongside opening up windows in the evening. One of the more unusual methods is by using yoghurt to cover windows.
