The Southport Inquiry has been established to examine how and why Axel Rudakubana stabbed young girls at a Taylor Swift-themed dance class in July 2024. His attack left three children dead and many others injured. Our special correspondent Judith Moritz attended the inquiry's first week of hearings and has been reflecting on what she heard.
