The players saving money by going retro gaming

Retro-gaming is enjoying a comeback and that could be down to price - according to some gaming enthusiasts in Leicester.

According to a recent survey, 74% of gamers are now looking to the past to save a bit of money.

Older versions which don’t need the internet can cost a fraction of the price of a newly-released game. Newer video games cost around £70 each, and the latest consoles needed to play them can set you back around £400.

Gamers told us the appeal of going retro, and Richard Tewkesbury from retro video games shop Super Games Shack spoke to ÃÛÑ¿´«Ã½ Leicester's Ady Dayman.
