C2C rail services are renationalised
C2C is to become the first rail operator in the East of England to return to public ownership. From this Sunday the 20th of July, a change in the law means services from London Fenchurch Street and Shoeburyness will be renationalised.
Greater Anglia, which runs trains to Clacton, Southend and London Liverpool Street, is expected to follow in the autumn.
