Janet Street-Porter is a writer, broadcaster and a former newspaper editor.

Before starting her journalistic career, she originally studied architecture.

Janet would later move on to presenting television and radio programmes but her roots in design remain when she became an honorary fellow of the Royal Institute of British Architects.
