Geoff Thomas completes epic ride
A seventh time riding 2,000 miles and raising a million pounds for Cure Leukaemia, on two wheels. The Crystal Palace, Wolves and Crewe Alexandra legend has tackled the Tour 21 once again.
In 2003, not long after retiring from the beautiful game, Geoff - who now lives in Worcestershire - was diagnosed with leukaemia. But his fighting spirit endures, and has been cycling through France on the route of the Tour de France.
Alistair Binney reports, from the finish line in Paris.
