'Tornado' spotted over West Yorkshire
For it to be classed as a tornado, the spinning vortex of air has to reach from the cloud and touch the ground. If not, it is defined as a funnel cloud, according to Paul Hudson, ѿý Yorkshire's climate and environment correspondent.
